What Was the Challenge?

A Solid Business, Invisible on Google

TicketGuru had a real, functioning airline ticketing operation with walk-in customers and word-of-mouth referrals. But on Google Maps, they barely existed. The GBP was unclaimed for months before we took over, competitor profiles had 3–5× more reviews, and the profile had never had a keyword-optimized description or any structured content.

In Local SEO, the barrier isn't algorithms — it's completeness and trust signals. Google ranks businesses that look like real, active, well-documented businesses. TicketGuru had all the substance — none of the signals. The campaign was about closing that gap systematically.
